Assessment of soft skills through gamified tests.

The main challenge of this project was the tight deadline to meet client demands. To overcome this barrier, we implemented various strategic approaches and optimized processes.
One crucial strategy was involving the development team from the outset of product construction. This early involvement allowed for the early identification and resolution of technical barriers, speeding up the product approval process.

Due to the success of this approach, we began including a development team representative in the project kickoff phase with the client. This resulted in greater engagement from the development team and more effective technical support from the outset, enhancing both delivery effectiveness and the final product quality.
